- Using simulation is a great way to experiment and ‘break’ things without much consequence.
- We looked at the input voltage and current to inductors specifically because their behavior is unexpected.
- Understanding how the voltages are bucked or boosted is important for later troubleshooting of circuits.
- The actual internals (switching, diodes) of the chips is not well explained via the LT built in simulations, though we can try that later with individual simulations.
