Zephyr on the ABC board

posted on January 12, 2021

After initially considering using FreeRTOS for this project, Chris decided to switch to developing with Zephyr, which is an open source RTOS project. It has a large community and vendor support, including strong support from Nordic Semiconductor. The nRF52 part that is onboard the ABC board is a prime target for developing using Zephyr.

This lesson will include topics about Zephyr that fall outside of directed ABC or ABCDCBA content, including background information from Bilal Wasim, who is working with Chris on this project.
